How do you make animated stamps?

Well, theres many ways TO make an animated stamp, the one I use is:
Open up photoshop and make something you want to be animated.
Theres a button somewhere near the bottom that says something about ImageReady.
Use that picture/emote ect.. and in imageready, you can move the image around and cerate new frmaes, but what you want to do is just move the image a little bit, and then create a new frame, or else it will look like your image is warping..
then you just save it as a gif, and there you go.
if that doesnt make much sense then i suggest looking for a tutorial D:
